Britain marks this year the 75th anniversary of the 1948 arrival of the Windrush, carrying new migrants from the Caribbean. Windrush 75 offers the opportunity to celebrate the contribution of the Windrush pioneers and those who followed and to ensure that their history and legacy is passed on to future generations.
