Prince Caesar (CEO)

Prince Caesar is the visionary founder and CEO of BAK UP CIC. He brings extensive experience in community leadership, health inequalities advocacy, and multi-agency collaboration. Under his direction, BAK UP CIC has grown from a Covid-19 response initiative into a regional leader tackling poverty, food insecurity, youth violence, and social exclusion. Prince leads strategic partnerships with North and West Northamptonshire Councils, the NHS Integrated Care Board, and multiple VCSE networks. His background in logistics, research, and sustainable community systems ensures that projects are evidence-based, outcome-driven, and aligned with local and national priorities. Prince is widely respected for his ability to turn complex community challenges into practical, measurable solutions.

Amina Turkson (Board Member)

Amina Turkson is an experienced community advocate and youth empowerment specialist with a strong background in health and wellbeing initiatives and pastoral care. She brings valuable insight into engaging underrepresented communities, particularly women and young people from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds. Amina plays a vital role in BAK UP CIC’s inclusion and equality strategy, ensuring that services remain culturally competent, co-produced, and reflective of community voices. Her professional experience in mentoring, education, and community outreach strengthens BAK UP’s governance and operational delivery across multiple social impact programmes.

Anthony Adams (Board Member)

Anthony Adams provides strategic oversight in safeguarding, governance, and operational management. With a background in community safety, he ensures that BAK UP CIC maintains the highest standards of compliance, integrity, and accountability. As Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (Deputy DSL), Anthony oversees volunteer management and risk assurance processes, supporting the Board in creating a safe and transparent operational culture. His analytical and governance expertise complements BAK UP’s wider mission to improve wellbeing, safety, and opportunity within disadvantaged communities.
